Spending a spring afternoon in Auburn with the women behind 9 Lemons Hospitality was just plain fun!
Mary Evelyn, Rachel and I got connected at my First Look event celebrating my business name change, and I remember thinking then how genuine, warm, and dynamic they both were. Getting to spend more intentional time together for their portrait session was such a gift.
After lunch, we headed to the Jule Museum of Fine Art, and it could not have been a more perfect spring day. Everything was in bloom and the entire setting felt so peaceful!
And speaking of their work, these women are truly something special. Mary Evelyn, the owner of 9 Lemons, has created something that goes far beyond traditional hospitality. Her vision is rooted in care and excellence. Payton is the behind-the-scenes powerhouse, making everything from concierge services to operations run seamlessly. And Rachel, their lead wedding planner, brings creativity, organization, and a calming presence to every celebration she touches.
Together, they form a team that is not only incredibly capable, but also deeply connected. There was so much laughter and genuine friendship woven into every moment.
It was such a joy to photograph these amazing women. I know they work tirelessly to create incredible experiences for their clients, and I’m happy to have been able to serve them a bit of hospitality myself!
