Kenzie and Avery’s wedding day at The Club on March 14th, 2026 was one I won’t soon forget. It was equal parts vibrant, emotional, and deeply meaningful, and I’m so honoured to have been a part of it.

You could say that Kenzie and Avery’s day felt “hot” in just about every sense of the word. There was hot weather, hot pinks, and a hot couple 😉! Beyond the obvious details, every piece of the day felt intentional and full of life, setting the tone for something truly special. But what made this day even more unique? Kenzie and Avery had a surprise up their sleeves!
A year before this celebration, the two of them had already said “I do” in a private courthouse elopement, and I had the incredible honor of photographing that moment for them, long before anyone else knew. They kept it a secret all the way up until their rehearsal dinner and even shared the news again during their reception, which led to some of the most priceless, joy-filled reactions from their family and friends. It was such a fun, unforgettable twist!

Their wedding day itself was filled with beautiful, emotional moments. You could feel how long-awaited this day was, not just for Kenzie and Avery, but for everyone who loves them.

At the same time, there was a tenderness woven throughout the celebration. Just a few weeks before the wedding, Kenzie’s dad passed away. His presence was deeply felt in every part of the day as Kenzie, Avery and their families held space for both joy and grief. It was one of those rare, sacred days where love shows up in more ways than one.
Kenzie carried it all with such grace. She was calm, peaceful, and absolutely radiant. There was a softness about her, a quiet strength in the way she moved through the day. She held joy and sorrow together so tenderly, allowing herself to fully celebrate while also honoring someone so important who couldn’t be there. It was incredibly moving to witness.

Kenzie and Avery’s wedding day was both beautiful and honest. It was layered full of laughter, surprises, tears, and so much love. It was such an honor to walk alongside them and capture every chapter.
