Some people are simply made for the wedding industry, and Dana Baswell is absolutely one of them.
Dana is the owner of Southern Styled Events, a Birmingham-based wedding planning and design company, and somehow she also manages to wear another exciting hat: the new Social Editor for Alabama Weddings! After years of working alongside Christopher Confero and the Alabama Weddings team, it’s so exciting to see her stepping into this new role.
Dana wanted updated portraits that felt clean and elevated. She needed something fresh for this next season of business and creativity! I immediately knew the perfect spot for her session, nestled away on Samford’s campus.
There truly is nothing Dana Baswell can’t do, and getting to photograph women building meaningful, creative careers will always be one of my favorite things. I can’t wait to see all the ways she shapes and inspires the Alabama wedding industry in this new role!
